  • Creamy Traditional Ice-cream ... so easy to make and uses just three main ingredients ... cream, unrefined sugar, and egg yolks ... I also add salt flakes and vanilla bean paste (that’s the black dots you see) ... the most important part of the process is cutting your frozen custard into large cubes (as per the first photo) which helps it to be pureed into a thick paste ready to be refrozen for a few hours before eating ... it’s delicious ... recipe is on the website xo #creamytraditionalicecream
