Ingredients

  • 200 g milk of choice kefir milk, nut milk, coconut milk, cow's milk, rice milk, etc.
  • 100 g chilled filtered water
  • 100 g frozen berries of choice I used mixed berries
  • 4 large ice cubes optional if using frozen berries, but needed if using fresh berries
  • Whatever supplements you like see note above

Instructions

  • Place all the ingredients in your TM bowl and blend 1 minute / speed 9
  • NOTE: If using a normal blender, mix on high speed until you get the right consistency - I usually find a minute will do it too.
