Avocado Chocolate Honey and Chilli Mousse

Servings: 500 g

Ingredients
  

  • 350 g avocado flesh
  • 50 g Dutch cocoa powder
  • 100 g honey
  • 1 ½ tsp sea salt flakes
  • 1 tsp vanilla bean paste
  • 1 tsp chilli flakes I used medium

  • Extra sea salt flakes for serving if desired

Method
 

  1. Place all the ingredients into the TM bowl and blend 30 seconds / speed 4
  2. Scrape around bowl, and repeat 30 seconds / speed 5 to make it nice and smooth
  3. If portioning into small glasses sprinkle with a little sea salt flakes prior to serving
  4. Otherwise serve as desired
