  • Gingerbread - gluten free:  I am starting to breathe a sigh of relief!  After deleting my recipe this morning from the website due to brown rice flour issues I encountered yesterday which gave me very poor results (a new batch of flour delivered incredible differences in the final baked gingerbread ... and then tried  it with three different brands), I have now retested the recipe using Macro white rice flour (readily available from Woolies) and I still have to test the recipe using sorghum flour which I’ll do tomorrow ... then I can repost the recipe Tuesday for those that need it ... the challenges of GF baking!!! I obviously still have so much to learn but I’m getting there xo #thepassionatepantry
